In staying ahead of the EdTech curve, Education leadership is a priority in education systems across the world. Management needs to enhance the quality of school leadership and make it more attractive. All the four policy levers of leadership viz skills, responsibility, accountability, and distribution of leadership, taken together, will be the pivoting future. Managements of education system need to enhance the quality of school leadership and make it sustainable.
Fast-changing potential of digital tools like robotics, blockchain and artificial intelligence, and how they can be integrated and used to equitably boost teaching, learning and administrative performance. Continuous professional development is essential to equip educators with the skills needed for modern classrooms.
Accessibility will also be a key focus, ensuring that all learners, regardless of background or ability, have equal opportunities to thrive. The combination of traditional classroom methods with online resources will offer flexible learning environments, accommodating diverse needs and schedules. Ethical considerations surrounding data privacy and technology access will be paramount in shaping equitable educational landscapes.
Ultimately, the future of education will emphasize lifelong learning, enabling individuals to adapt to rapidly changing job markets and societal needs. By embracing these innovations, education will not only empower students with knowledge but also prepare them to navigate an increasingly complex world.

Founder and CEO of Born Bright, Yasasvi, is a young entrepreneur and an alumnus of DPS, Nacharam. With a great sense of responsibility to make the nation a better place, he stepped into the field of education and takes a keen interest in the upbringing of our group of schools. Trained at BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus, in the field of civil engineering, he is invested in exploring, learning, and creating distinct opportunities for all.
He completed a minor in business psychology and entrepreneurship from University College London. He is an angel investor and growth hacker from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Balaji Arun Educational Society and leads from the forefront with various projects that capture the attention of the young generation.
Dr. Pavan K Samba

Dr. Pavan Kumar Samba is a pioneering educator with over 28 years of experience, renowned for revolutionizing India’s education landscape. He developed the first IIT and Medical foundation courses in India and has trained over 30,000 teachers. His innovative use of audio-visual teaching methods has enhanced learning experiences for thousands of students.
A committed leader and hands-on educator, Dr. Samba continues to inspire future generations of educators and students. His contributions have earned him prestigious recognitions, including the Educationist of the Year award (2022, Mauritius), the Educationist of the Year award (2019, British Parliament, London), and the Lifetime Achievement Award (2017) for teaching excellence.

Mrs. Pallavi Upadhyaya

We are pleased to announce that Mrs. Pallavi Upadhyaya has been appointed as the Principal of Delhi Public School, Nacharam. With a distinguished career spanning 27 years in teaching and 19 years in school leadership, she brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her new role. Previously, Mrs. Upadhyaya was the Principal at Delhi Public School, Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad, and has held leadership positions at other prestigious institutions such as DPS Aligarh, DPS Roorkee, DPS Nagaland, and DPS Numaligarh, Assam.Her involvement with CBSE includes attending various seminars such as the Financial Market Management Seminar, the Regional Conference of Principals, and the National Annual Sahodaya Conference.
She has also attended numerous capacity-building programs on assessment, leadership, and experiential learning, and contributed as a City Coordinator for Aligarh and Hathras. She has been a member of the Inspection Committee for several schools. Mrs. Upadhyaya is committed to staying at the forefront of educational trends, with active participation in initiatives such as the CBSE Shiksha Parv on NEP 2020 and multiple webinars on topics ranging from artificial intelligence to fitness and skill-based education.
In addition to her CBSE engagements, Mrs. Upadhyaya has participated in a variety of leadership programs organized by DPSS HRD Centre, including the Principals Leadership Training Programme by IIM Ahmedabad and workshops on school development and digital learning.
With her extensive experience and ongoing commitment to educational excellence, Mrs. Upadhyaya is poised to lead DPS Nacharam toward continued success.

Ms. Sunitha Rao Sr Principal & Director R & R Centre- a National Awardee 2022, CBSE Teacher’s Awardee 2018 holds 34 yrs experience. She is City Coordinator, CTET and District Training Coordinator, review member for SQAA, Resource member for Pedagogical Leadership and CBSE led Shikshak Parv and Lead Collaborator for Hubs of Learning, panelist for Innovative Pedagogy for NEP. She was Secretary of Hyd. Schools Complex and British Council School Ambassador. She holds certifications from Harvard, British Council and Cambridge. She worked on Art Integrated Learning manuals. As core member for CBSE on Design Thinking, Employability Skills and National Skill committee, she worked on content for No Hard Separation, Vocational skills and a 360 degree assessment card. She set up Math Lab, ATL, AI and Robotics labs. Her core strength is standardization – ISO, ISA, IGBC accreditations. She is a member of the Governing Body of CBSE.
