Admission Process

ADMISSION PROCESS FOR CBSE AND CAMBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL

Step I. Apply online

Step II. Registration
Fill all the fields correctly and accurately. Please ensure to give correct date of birth of the candidate, full name (with surname), correct spellings of the name of the candidate/father/mother before submitting online. No changes will be accepted later.

Following documents to be submitted online.

Date of Birth certificate of the candidate
Scanned photographs of the candidate and both the parents/guardian
Caste certificate (if belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, OBC)
Academic reports
a. Bonafide certificate for Pre-Primary classes.
b. Report card of term I of current academic year along with previous year’s report card for classes I-VII
c . Report card of term I of current academic year along with last two years report card for class VIII-XII admission (CBSE). Please note that admissions to class X and XII are strictly bound by CBSE rules.

Step III.  Documents are verified and scrutinized by the school.

Step IV.  Candidates along with the parents will be called for an interaction with the school authorities. Online interaction will be scheduled for the students residing outside Hyderabad/India.

Step V.  Results of the interaction will be communicated within 3 days of the interaction. Candidates deemed to have cleared this step will proceed to the next step.

Step VI.    Upon offer of the seat, the fee is payable within the specified dates.
The school has the authority to grant the seat to the next eligible candidate in case of non communication and non receipt of fee and documents within the stipulated time.

Step VII.  Health form and Transfer certificate has to be submitted before the commencement of the academic year.

Step VIII. Admission Number and Section shall be allotted by the school.

It will be the personal responsibility of the parent to inform the school in writing, if the student is undergoing any medical treatment / medical ailment / allergies etc… at the time of Registration.

AGE CRITERIA

Pre-Nursery Child should be 3+ years of age as on 30th September of the year seeking for admission
Nursery Child should be 4 + years of age as on 30th September of the year seeking for admission
Preparatory (CBSE & CAMBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL) hould be 5 + years of age as on 30th September of the year seeking for admission
Grade I
(CBSE & CAMBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL)
Child should be 6 + years of age as on 30th September of the year seeking for admission
Grade II
(CBSE & CAMBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL)
Child should be 7 + years of age as on 30th September of the year seeking for admission
Grade III
(CBSE & CAMBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL)
Child should be 8 + years of age as on 30th September of the year seeking for admission
Grade IV
(CBSE & CAMBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL)
Child should be 9 + years of age as on 30th September of the year seeking for admission
Grade V
(CBSE & CAMBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL)
Child should be 10 + years of age as on 30th September of the year seeking for admission
Grade VI
(CBSE & CAMBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL)
Child should be 11 + years of age as on 30th September of the year seeking for admission
Grade VII
(CBSE & CAMBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL)
Child should be 12 + years of age as on 30th September of the year seeking for admission
Grade VIII Child should be 13 + years of age as on 30th September of the year seeking for admission
Grade IX Child should be 14 + years of age as on 30th September of the year seeking for admission
